Delete Your Malae Account

You may request the permanent deletion of your account for Malae Tech, the clinical companion app developed by Malae Manufacturers Limited, and all associated personal data at any time. To submit a request, send an email to our team using the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send us an email

Email info.malaetech@gmail.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Include the following details

  • Full name registered on your account
  • Registered email address
  • Phone number associated with the account (if applicable)
  • Reason for deletion (optional but helpful)

We'll verify and process

We will verify your identity, process your request, and confirm by email once your account and associated personal data have been permanently deleted.

Opens your email app with a pre-filled deletion request to the Malae Team.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Profile information (name, email, phone, professional credentials, specialty, practice location)
  • Clinical documentation, case presentations, and reports linked to your account
  • Usage logs tied to your identity

Timing

Within 30 days

Your account and associated personal data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days of verifying your request.

Within 90 days

Any residual copies in encrypted backups are permanently removed within 90 days.

Important Notes

Please read before submitting

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for research and service improvement.
  • Some information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), and only for as long as that purpose requires.
  • To delete specific notes or reports without deleting your account, email info.malaetech@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and tell us what you would like removed.
  • Send the request from the email address registered to your account so we can verify your identity quickly.
